Barret School of Banking Announces 2023-2024 Board of Regents: CA Ray Skinner Elected Board Chair

Memphis, TN (November 8, 2023) – The Paul W. Barret, Jr. School of Banking today announced the election of its 2023-2024 Executive Committee during its fall Board meeting.

Ray Skinner, CEO of Mission National Bank in San Francisco, CA will serve as Board Chair.
