We’ve written an eBook to help bank management onboard new outside directors.  When you think about it, outside directors are great assets to your bank but most probably do not have much banking experience.

That’s OK!  That, in a way, is the point!

However, these outside directors must still manage the financial operations of the bank and must do so without understanding how bank financial statements and ratios work!

What we’ve done here is to bring the language of banking to these directors in a free eBook for you to use.  It will shorten the learning curve for them and help them understand what to look for on the financials of the bank
