Cultivating Culture by Brad Federman

I cannot recommend this book enough to anyone at any level of management.  It’s not so much a book as it is 101 different meeting ideas all centered around the idea of creating a new (and better) culture.  What I like about this book is the practicality.  There are a ton of great books out there that talk about the corporate culture and its importance…and those are important.  This is a hands-on practical guide to actually doing that…at any level.  Branch managers needing to improve the culture within the branch…executive leadership looking to impact the overall culture of the bank…department heads…this will work.  I will challenge you that if you do these…see if your culture hasn’t changed for the better.
